Although each program adheres to its own routine, the following are some of the basic and general similarities:

  • Each day care center program is equipped with books / toys / and supplies which are age appropriate and meet the groups developmental needs.
  • Each group follows a day acre center program which accommodates transitions and provides ample time for the children’s personal needs, such as: toileting / diapering, quiet / resting time, and nourishment (both physical and emotional).
  • Each group will display their programming in plain sight for the convenience of parents. (Should you have questions regarding the activities in your child’s program, please don’t hesitate to ask.)
  • Each day care center program will strive to meet the needs of your child to the best of their ability, while offering a challenging and engaging daily schedule. Therefore, if you have any special instructions for our early childhood educators (staff) regarding the care of your child, such as beginning the process of toilet training or special diet due to illness or allergy, please be sure to inform the staff so that they may better serve your families needs.

Our outside playgrounds are offered to the children as an extension of our indoor day care center programming. This means that Children are taken outside at least once each day, and preferably two times, providing our first trip doesn’t find our clothes too wet or dirty for a repeat visit. We have two playgrounds, one for our infants and toddlers and the other for our children three and older. Each playground is equipped with developmentally and age appropriate toys / equipment which provide the children with an outlet for development and good old-fashioned fun. The following is an example of the kinds of things provided in each playground:

  • A climbing structure that is age appropriate and offer children the opportunity for gross motor development.
  • A sand box to encourage creativity and fine motor development.
  • Numerous balls and toys for the development of socio-dramatic play such as; shovels and pails, winter shovels, dolls, etc.
  • A house like structure for the development of socio-dramatic play.
  • Tricycles for gross motor development.
  • An available water source for water plays in the warmer months.
